Hello!
My name is Daniel Fuller, and I’m a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in California (LMFT 125243) and a Professional Counselor Associate (R10968) in Oregon. Going to therapy has been such a transformational experience in my own life, and I’m honored and excited to hopefully journey alongside you in your therapy. Whether you’re grieving a lost relationship or loved one, sorting through various aspects of your identity, processing childhood traumas, or learning to regulate anxiety, I believe therapy is for everyone.

While “Fuller Living” is a fun play on words using my last name, the title also captures what I hope to help you experience: a sense of living fully. Many of us have gone through circumstances that negatively impacts this. Traumatic experiences result in our nervous system being hijacked for years afterwards. Suppressing parts of our identity, even if necessary for a time, can lead to disintegration or disembodiment, challenging our ability to show up in the world as our true selves. Depression and anxiety may obscure our capacity to exist comfortably in the present moment. And certainly grief can feel like a heavy weight on our shoulders that’s impossible to shake. Whatever you’re currently experiencing, and whatever you’ve gone through historically, my hope is that at Fuller Living Therapy, we can build a therapeutic relationship that ultimately serves your healing towards Living Fully.
